Privacy policy

This website is operated by ATANA Works LLC, the independent business behind David Atanasovski’s brand design practice.

Information you provide

When you contact the business by email, WhatsApp or a booking service, you may provide your name, contact details, company information and project details. This information is used only to respond, assess project fit, prepare a proposal and provide requested services.

Optional Google Analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics helps us understand visits, referral sources, approximate location, device and browser type, pages and case studies viewed, clicks, scroll depth, and completed booking requests. It starts only after you select Accept analytics. Declining does not prevent you from using the portfolio or contacting us.

We do not send the names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages or other form contents you enter to Google Analytics. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled. Our event tracking removes query strings and fragments from page and link URLs.

Cookies and your choice

Your analytics preference is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. If accepted, Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_JTLP93TE23 to distinguish visits, with a lifetime of up to 180 days after their last update. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Declining stops Analytics and removes its cookies from this site. It does not erase information already processed by Google.

Hosting and third-party services

Cloudflare provides hosting, security and aggregate website performance analytics. Its Web Analytics service does not use analytics cookies. The booking calendar uses Cal.com. Email, WhatsApp, scheduling, hosting and analytics providers process information under their own privacy policies, and may process it outside your country.

Retention and sharing

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for enquiries, contractual obligations, legal requirements and legitimate business records. Personal information is not sold.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of information you have provided, subject to applicable legal and contractual retention requirements.
